Fried cheese cubes are extremely delicious and easy to make snack. Soaked in spices and breadcrumbs this cheesy heaven can be served with pizza sauce or any chutney, this is a perfect starter for parties as well.
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 cup Gold Medal™ unbleached all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
2 cups Progresso™ Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 cup Muir Glen™ organic pizza sauce, to serve
How to Make Fried Cheese Cubes
For Preparing Flour:
1.Combine all the spices like salt, dried mint and paprika with the maida flour and mix using your hand. The flour is ready.
For Frying the Cubes:
1.Place the three bowls besides one another, filling one with egg fluid, second with the prepared flour and breadcrumbs in the third.
2.First dip the cheese cube into the egg mix and then roll it in the flour. Again dip in the egg mix and roll in breadcrumbs. Place on a plate.
3.Repeat the process with the remaining cheese cubes also until they are properly coated.
4.Now in a large saucepan heat oil and fry the cheese balls. Using a slotted spoon, lower a cheese cube into the oil.
5.When they are cooked till golden brown on medium flame, bring the spoon out of the oil. Repeat this with rest of the cubes.
